We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. You’ll receive an email once it’s on its way, so you’ll always know where your order is. Note: Local store pickup is currently not available.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and the rates are automatically generated and may vary depending on your location. Delivery estimates (like "3 to 5 days") are provided as guidelines and may vary based on destination—sometimes the postal service likes to surprise us!
International Shipping:
Yes, we ship globally! Shipping charges for international orders will be displayed at checkout, with multiple shipping options available. Delivery timelines (like “8 to 20 days”) can vary depending on where you are, so please be patient with us.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are your responsibility once the order reaches your country. STKY is not responsible for these charges, so be sure to check with your local customs before placing an order.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. We’ll refund your full order upon receipt of your returned order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at support@stkytargetsystems.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll work with you to make it right!
